Below are some case studies of success stories with clients
Check Out Michael
CLIENT OVERVIEW:
When Michael came onboard with us he was super skeptical to say the least. After being burned by multiple different companies in the past he decided the take the jump. Michael is doing around 30-35 deals a month and we contribute to around 10-20 of those monthly. He has offices in 3 different states in the south.
ACTIONS TAKEN:
Prior to onboarding Michael we did a deep dive on WHY all the other marketing agencies he had worked with had failed and we came up with a few things. 1: They were lying on their front end ads, 2: They had weak follow up, and 3: They didn't even know how to run campaigns efficiently . So obviously we addressed each of these bottlenecks and the core, and made Michael's creatives that had a Family Friendly Approach . Essentially allowing Michael to generate leads that were educated , making them a way easier close.
Check Out Manny
CLIENT OVERVIEW:
When Manny came onboard with us he was super new to roofing and not very familiar with how online lead generation went. He had done her research on multiple companies and heard plenty horror stories and ended up going with us. So when he started, he had only pushed around 3 total deals, now he's pushing around 8 deals a month consistently.
ACTIONS TAKEN:
The first thing we often do with clients is analyze their goals when they come onboard with us. For example, when we talked to Manny he didn't need to be doing 20 deals a month and drive a supercar. He just wanted to take a few calls a week and make good money while being able to spend time with his family. So based off of his situation we built him out a custom marketing and acquisition plan. We made sure to hard qualify and nurture his leads and appointments on the front end, that way when he was talking to someone they were essentially just signing the docs.
Check Out Angelo
CLIENT OVERVIEW:
Prior to getting onboarded Angelo was based in Houston, Texas and only knocking doors in the heat. When we started talking his main goal was essentially to learn how to sell , get good at it, then start his own roofing company to become a business owner.
ACTIONS TAKEN:
Due to Angelo not being very well versed in sales we decided to focus heavily on volume of appointments and leads so he could practice, prior to focusing on quality.
